Directions
Wet hair, apply shampoo, lather, rinse. Repeat if desired. Follow with PHILIP B® pH Restorative Detangling Toning Mist. For thick, coarse and damaged hair, follow with PHILIP B® Light-Weight, Deep Conditioning Crème Rinse and PHILIP B® pH Restorative Detangling Toning Mist.
